How To Checkout...

Select your proper meeting registration (Regular vs. Reduced Price). Be sure to select what type of attendee you are (YP, First Time, etc.) and if you have a special meal request.

Add to cart.

Go to Check out.

Step 1: If you are a returning member, enter your email address and password. New members must enter name, address, etc. for easy login next time. Our software (Zen Cart) requires this. A future update may allow purchases without registration, but it is not here yet.

Caution: Your billing address should be the address where the credit card statment is received. If they disagree, your charge may be rejected.

Caution: Please ensure you enter a correct email address. We do not verify email addresses in this step, and if you enter it incorrectly, you may not receive the transaction receipt.

Step 2: Enter credit card payment information. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you have been given a discount coupon code, enter it on this page. You are not yet charged.

Step 3: Confirm your total order, including billing address and payment information. If you are satisfied, press Complete.

CAUTION: Even if you do not get an immediate response, please CLICK ONLY ONCE. Give it a couple of minutes, particularly if you have a slow internet connection. We get charged $0.25 each time you press the button!

After your transaction goes through, you will see a confirmation screen. This is not a receipt.

Check the email address you provided. You should have a receipt from creditcards@sts-aiche.org. If you have not received it within 24 hours, please send an email to that address and we will confirm if your transaction went through.
